After submitting your order request, we’ll reach out to review the details before confirming. Order reviews are sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

To secure your requested date, please confirm your order within one week of receiving your order review. If we don’t hear from you within that timeframe, the date will become available to other customers.
Lead Time & Rush Orders
We require a minimum lead time of two weeks. Orders placed within one week of the event date will incur a 25% rush fee.
Pricing
Custom cookie orders start at $125, with a minimum order of one dozen.
